• Ganga Kinare has 5 room categories – Lotus suites (2), Premium Rooms (12), Family Rooms (4), Deluxe rooms (20), Handicapped Rooms (1)
• Lotus Suites is typically used for VIP guests and Couples. They are used along with interlocking rooms for Bridal Makeup etc
• All rooms have safety lockers, minibar, in-room amenities, wifi etc
• Rooms will be as per prevailing seasonal rates communicated by our sales team

• We entertain weddings only if atleast 25 rooms are also booked at the property
• If less than all 38 rooms are booked then only 1 DJ function is allowed per day either in the lawn or in the Sky Family Lounge. This function should not be more than 2 hours and should end by dinner time, ie 9pm because other guests might be invconvenienced
• If the entire property is booked then there is no restriction on number of DJ functions or area where it can be done, however as per local police norms it no loud music event should happen post 11pm
• The wedding function will have to comply with the local regulations
• If any extra permission is required, like a Police NOC for a small function during a pandemic or disease outbreak, then the wedding party will have to arrange the same. The hotel administration will guide them in the process, however the permission has to be procured by the wedding party.
• The hotel only works with Décor Service and Talent Service providers on the panel of the hotel. Outside service providers are not allowed by the hotel
• The wedding party is free to speak to and negotiate directly with the décor and talent service providers and pay them directly. The hotel will not be involved in the payment and billing arrangement between the wedding party and service providers
• All meals are strictly vegetarian. Liquor & non –vegetarian meals are not permitted to be consumed or served in the premises due to the law of land.
• Since there would be other guests also at the hotel or restaurant, in case the wedding party takes lesser rooms than 25 then they will be expected to ensure decorum and order for other guests to maintain the peace and tranquility of the place
• The hotel has its own tie up for pandits, however the wedding party is free to bring their own pandits, priests if so desired
• The hotel has its own kitchen, laundry and spa
• Check-in time for rooms will be 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon
• An advance of 100% is required
• Room holding does not mean that the room is confirmed. The hotel should receive the advance amount within 120 days of room holding intimation or till one day before the date of check-in, whichever is earlier. If no advance amount is received within this period, the hotel reserves the right to allocate the rooms elsewhere without prior information.
• If the hotel is not informed after the payment has been transferred to its account, it does not automatically mean that the room is confirmed unless the hotel confirms receipt of the funds and sends a room confirmation message back to the client

• Airport/Railway Transfers would charge extra
• Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is done 120 days before check-in we will refund 98% of the amount (2% adjusted for transfer charges). If cancellation is done 90 days before check-in we will refund 48% of the amount (2% adjusted for transfer charges). If cancellation is done less than 90 days in advance, then we charge 100% of the amount
• No Show Policy: In case the guest holds a booking but doesn't arrive on the arrival date then the 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and the hotel will charge the entire amount from the guest
